Animals in Guyana need help and there are very few people in the trenches making things happen. One way of helping without going into the trenches is through a financial donation; money is needed.

However, Animal Welfare is not organized to manage money.

Consequently we suggest the following:

• Anyone wishing to donate money can inform Animal Welfare of the amount and how you would like the money to be spent;

• Animal Welfare will acknowledge your request and put you in touch with a reliable service provider who would receive the money and execute the agreed activity. Service providers would include: qualified vets, local shelters, special programs/projects to improve animal welfare or reduce abuse, among other;

• Animal Welfare will monitor the use of your donation to ensure that the money is used for the intended purpose;

• Your donations will be acknowledged in Animal Welfare unless you inform otherwise
